Position Summary
The Office Coordinator, provides comprehensive administrative, IT technical and sales and marketing
support to the business
In addition, this individual will support new task projects and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Administration
• Maintain stock list and develop and manage comprehensive spreadsheet of all stock
• Set up photo studio and photograph and list all shoes on inventory
• Oversee and manage collection and delivery of products to the customer
Technical Support
• Further develop existing website
• Set up and develop social media – Facebook, Tick Tock
• Connect and manage payment gateway
• Set up and manage delivery system
• Integrate and link together social media platforms – re payment gateway, delivery and central stock control
• Identify best platforms for use across GCC markets – including payment gateway and supply chain –
delivery
• Set up accounts with online selling platforms – Amazon, NAMSHI ext.
Sales and Marketing
• Boast sales via marketing and advertising initiatives
• Identify best posts, tags, targeting
• Identify in person marketing opportunities – fashion events, shows, exhibitions
• Identify and target potential promoters, sponsors, events, networking opportunities
• Identify stock batches for these various sale platforms – allocate stock to be held at platforms warehouse
• Set up, manage and maintain multiple stock groups and platforms
• Identify and track top sellers, type, sizes, price ranges,
Qualifications and Competences
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• 1-3 years’ work experience; experience in an online ecommerce business highly preferred
• Competency in IT, website development and maintenance
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
• Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and
juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and work overtime as needed
• Intermediate / Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
